36th Avenue–Washington Avenue (usually shortened to 36th Avenue) is a local station on the BMT Astoria Line. It contains a wooden canopies and mezzanines covered with transite. The south end of the northbound platform does not have a windscreen like the rest of either platforms. The exit is near the south end and has a crossunder.
