360 flip body varial

A skateboard trick which combines a 360 flip with a body varial. It is a slight advancement of a shove-it flip body varial, also known as a Twisted flip[1]. It is a relatively uncommon trick, and is yet to be featured in major skateboard videos. It is most commonly performed on banks.
