This is an image of the opening screenshot depicting the 30 Sentai Encyclopedia segment from GoGo Sentai Boukenger. Copyright Bandai, TV Asahi, and Toei Company.

I feel that this image qualifies for fair use at 30 Sentai Encyclopedia because it is a low resolution screenshot that is being used solely for educational purposes at that article and does not interfere with the original copyright owner's ability to sell their product.
