[edit] AMARG in popular culture
- The Group's facility was featured in a scene from the 1992 experimental documentary film Baraka.
- The Tom Petty video "Learning to Fly" was filmed at the "Boneyard".
- In the 1987 film Can't Buy Me Love, Patrick Dempsey's character took his girlfriend on a tour of the "Boneyard".
- Werner Herzog's film Little Dieter Needs to Fly ends with scenes of Dieter Dengler touring the "Boneyard".
- In the popular video game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas CJ, while in Las Venturas, embarks on missions at an airbase resembling AMARG.
- None ae notable, none have references, none are based or entirely filmed, none are known in history, every film has scenes somewhere, wiki is not a database of pop. culture or trivia. There are many boneyards, Arkansas, Marana, Socorro, Death Valley, Edwards AFB, China Lake,... references are needed as sources. LanceBarber (talk) 03:57, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
