.vsd.nu ("Virtual SubDomain") was a Finnish web company that allowed users to have a forward web url for what otherwise would be a long URL for a web user to learn.
The company ceased operations in the early 2000s. An example of the .vsd.nu domain name is 'http://www.yourname.vsd.nu'. The URL is now under control of a different organisation. According to the Internet Archive wayback machine, the web service ceased around May 2002.
