An Altavista search only finds a few sites, some of them domestic such as education and the central bank, with just a handful of foreign sites:

• http://amazon.bi and http://google.bi exist, content looks similar to their .com namesakes
• http://xa.bi is the personal site of Xabier Vázquez, presumably a domain hack?
