'Til There Was You is a 1997 romantic comedy starring Jeanne Tripplehorn, Dylan McDermott and Sarah Jessica Parker.

As children, Gwen (Tripplehorn) and Nick (McDermott) briefly bumped into each other at school, and have since lived separate lives. Nick, now an architect meets Francesca (Parker), a neurotic former child star and gets the contract to redevelop a building which she owns. However Gwen has just moved into this idyllic apartment block, and along with the other residents fights to save the building.
