1.The name and website of the author is included in the image description.

2.The photo is only being used for informational purposes.

3.It is my understanding that photographs (exluding those which are works of an artist) of an original Military decoration normally falls under PD.

4.Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the award destowed on the person in the article. Tony the Marine 18:16, 27 August 2006 (UTC)
