I don't really see the point of this article as it offers nothing that the 'Two Tone' article doesn't - perhaps a merger is in order?--Paolo Meccano 12:08, 4 August 2005 (UTC)

  • Second
    • I disagree that the two should be merged, however the articles should be improved to make more of a distinction. Not all bands associated with the 2 Tone genre had records on 2 Tone records, and not all bands released on 2 Tone Records fits the typical 2 Tone sound, which was a mix of ska and punk rock. [edit] Propsed merger

Both article are stubs and could easily be in one place. It's obvious that they are very much linked. Discuss here. --Neon white 22:07, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

They're related, but they're not the same subject. One is a musical style; the other is a record publisher. See the comments by Spylab, above. - 66.93.200.116 (talk) 03:23, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

There is most certainly a distinct difference between these articles, and it would be folly to call them the same.
  • Oppose - the genre is named after the record company, AFAIK, but not all 2 Tone bands were on the label. --MacRusgail (talk) 23:49, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
