1. Image is a historically significant photo of James Brown and his MC during his famous cape performance;
2. The image is of much lower size and resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)
3. The photo is used only for informational purposes to illustrate Brown's cape performance during concert.
4. The inclusion of the photo adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article and how this aspect of the performance was iconic and historically significant to the general public.
