Hi there. With reference to your change to University of Waterloo (which I've just reverted): the article never said there was a majority of Asian students, but that UW had more Asian students than any other Canadian university.
Furthermore, it is not immediately true (as you seem to have said) that a majority of any one ethnicity implies a lack of multiculturalism. For example, imagine the university was 51% Chinese and 49% evenly distributed across all other cultures of the Earth; clearly this would still qualify as multicultural. --Saforrest 16:26, 21 June 2006 (UTC)

I believe it's inappropriate to have personal attacks on a talk page so I'll defend against yours here. First, I have had a Wikipedia account for quite sometime and my earliest edits predate yours by months. Your comment is an ad hominem falacy and has nothing to do with my ability to judge people or contribute to this site. Secondly I said nothing against you personally. I said it was responsible for *me* to go back and sign it. I then noted the difference from your comment. Do whatever you want with membership but at least respect other people.
By looking at the U of T Engineering index webpage you can note several of the headlines are brand new indicating 2006 events while the copyright says 2002. This is what I was noting that the copyright is not to be trusted. The data they provide is the newest data they give and the burden of proof is on anyone who contends otherwise. "(I was signed in and it can be verified on the page). This is the responsible thing to do for others to see. You refuse to register at all. There is a difference
Respect you? I have done nothing wrong. You made it seem that if I wasn't a registered user there is a problem. Ad Hominem Falacy? hahaha what did you take that from a critical thinking course.
I'm tired of this UW vanity crap. Rest assured, someone else in the future will remove it.
I said it was responsible for me to fix my error in not signing. Your falacy was alleging I was new and that it was a fault. I haven't taken a course, but maybe you should. You are being reckless and ignoring the discussions, not just by me but by other individuals as can be noted on the U of T Engineering page. Jeff 11:52, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
Yeah sure, stop ignoring the facts and saying that you are responsible when you clearly stated "you refuse to register at all and thats a difference" what difference? When users disagree with your edit, you cannot just revert it back because you believe you are right. Your sources are questionable.
I said it was responsible for me to go back and sign it as opposed to leaving it how it was. Go back and read it again and see for yourself. The "difference" is between comparing my going back and signing it as responsible (compared to leaving it as it was) to what you are misconstruing it as saying that it's only responsible if you register, sign in and sign. I never made that assertion and you just ran with it like that's what it implied. My initial question posed to you was polite and without demands but you became hot headed and reacted emotionally. You cannot just go and edit a page when the talk discussion indicates the opposite of your edit (Like you did on the U of T site). You are the one without sources, the ones I provided are the most accurate available. My replies to your questions are not spamming, it's continuing a discussion you are probing. Power hungry? Another ad hominem accusation without merit. Jeff 16:38, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
