Yes, it is, if it is copied word to word. If you would like to add something from that article, try paraphrasing it in your words, with a reference or 'cite' tag giving the name of the original article,etc.

Btw, was that a question? or a statement? and in whichever case, you were referring to which article on which page when you mentioned plagiarism?

could you edit that portion? re-word it? if the words aren't the same, then the content is not 'copied'
