[edit] Igbo
Hi, Mr. Onyeulo. I am unable to answer your question about whether Wikipedia would be willing to offer you a grant to publish your theories, but you can try by contacting the Wikimedia Foundation. Their contact information is here.
I am surprised that the Wiki software refused to let you register your username. What name did you try to register? I can ask around for you to find out what went wrong if you would like.
Finally, please be careful about using equal sign characters ( = ) in your signature. The Wiki software uses equal signs to create headlines. For example, the title of this section of the page is "Igbo", and the way I got it to look bold and like a headline was by typing ==Igbo==. Perhaps you could sign your name with -- marks instead?
