[edit] Vandalism

  • This user has been vandalizing articles. He is also clearly a holocaust-denier. I suggest any modifications he makes be closely supervised.

  • This user's disregard to what is moral and obvious, flamboyant homosexuality, and overall degredation to a principled and virtuitous wikipedia as a whole contribute to the fact that this man should be closely supervised and posting/editing should be severely limited/ restricted. This man has crossed over societal boundaries and even DENIED THE HOLOCAUST. He also called me a sock puppet. That really hurt.

To any admin who chooses to look at this case: User:24.107.188.94 has not been vandalizing Nobel Prize in Chemistry, he has been involved in a content dispute with Zarathustra799, who has resorted to modifying others' comments in the talk page to confound the issue. [1] [2] Zarathustra799 has also misrepresented comments by User:24.107.188.94 in an attempt to discredit him, such as on this editor's user page. [3] –panda 04:16, 13 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Nobel lists in Medicine, Chemistry and Physics

Do you have a feeling of proud or satisfaction, when you defame the German Country inserting each time the flag of "Nazi Germany" ??

O.K. the german people don't have a white vest in their history !

But have France (Colonialism), Great Britain (Colonialism) or United States (their history with Indians, Vietnam) white vests in their history ? NO !!

These tables of Nobel winners should be free from hidden reproaches !! Jarszick 14:08, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

  • 'Each time' during the period of 1935 and 1945. --24.107.188.94 (talk) 00:41, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Flag

First off, I'd like to thank you for being civil in your dealings; it is much appreciated.

Now, on to my reason for reversion; the flag of a country is represented as it is today. I know that Nazi Germany was still in existence at that time, but the current German flag is used. Thank you, Master of Puppets Care to share? 23:46, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

  • In which case I am obligated to point out that you conveniently overlooked every other defunct flag besides the swastika flag, such as the Imperial German tricolor and the defunct South African flag. As you are the one who has made the decision that the flags should only represent current regimes, then it is up to you to establish that consistency. Otherwise, I will revert the page back to my edits, which are more consistent with the policy of reflecting the nation of the award-winner at the time the award was given. --24.107.188.94 (talk) 23:53, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

Please look at Wikipedia:Manual of style (flags)#Do not rewrite history. The relevant quote is where one is genuinely needed, use the historically accurate flag. User:24.107.188.94 is accurately following the consensus Wikipedia manual of style with these edits. I also note that that MOS page states Do not emphasize nationality without good reason, so perhaps it might be better to remove these flags altogether. But if the consensus for those Nobel pages is to keep the flags, then the Nazi flag is correct for Germany for those years. Andrwsc (talk) 00:08, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] User Account

I suggest that you make an user account, so that the Nobel Prize issue can be expedited. It is also essential to wiki if you want to be able to have a more predominant role. Please create an account and link it here when you have. --Jab843 (talk) 03:29, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
