- No. Maybe you should read the discussion. Still, it's irrelevant - you should not use cut and paste to move a page. Once the discussion has been concluded, if there is consensus for a move, the page will be moved. If not, it won't. "First use" is a guideline, not a hard and fast rule. P.S.: I'm dumb.
