"Il nome suo nessun saprà... E noi dovrem, ahimè, morir, morir!"

(English translation: "No one will know his name... and we must, alas, die, die!")

Since "No one" is singluar, "know" follows in future tense.
example of the difference: "Today, no one knows what will happen on Sunday. Tomorrow, no one will know what will happen on Monday"
