Hello - The external links I removed today on the radar detector-related articles were removed primarily because they were spammed (see WP:SPAM). The same editor inserted only the same bare link across more than one article. Wikipedia is in need of more content, not external links. If you feel the link is truly useful, I recommend mentioning this on one of the article's talk pages, and letting other editors decide whether or not to include the link on the page. WP:EL also has extensive information and guidance regarding the use of external links.
