(edit conflict)BTW, you can see how long Mercury's year is by looking at the box on the right hand side of the article where it says "Orbital period". The orbital period is the time it takes Mercury to complete one orbit around the sun - the length of its "year", which as you can see is about 87.96 days. Usually we use the term "year" to refer only to the length of a year on Earth so that we can say, for example, that Jupiter's orbital period is 11.86 years and not have any confusion. siafu 16:28, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
