Hi!
Please take a look over at Talk:Shaw and Crompton for a further look at the edit war of last night.
Just a couple of smaller things to come out of it:
- please sign all your comments on talk pages by typing ~~~~ at the end: when you press save page, it will automatically write in your name and the date.
- be aware of WP:3RR
- please do not edit people's user pages as in [1]; it's his space, it wasn't offensive, and there's no need for factual accuracy on the user page.
Other than that, I look forward to working with you to improve the Shaw, Crompton and other local articles; leave a message on my talk page if you want a hand at any point!
See you round, Aquilina 12:14, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] 24th March 2006
Firstly, consider this an explicit warning not to vandalise Wikipedia articles, not to insult other members ([2]) and not to revert pages more that 3 times in 24 hours, particularly when it, in this case, goes against Wikipedia consensus, the majority, and is nonsensical. The article in question is currently marked with a dispute tag, and you should respect this.
Secondly, also with regard to your stubborn and baseless edits to the Shaw and Crompton page...
Please stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you.
With regard to your constant baseless reverting, and vandalism to the Shaw and Crompton article [3] and admission to using a non-static IP address [4]...
If you think this is unfair, then please become a registered member.
Finally, please do not edit my user page, or any other user page on Wikipedia. That space is my own and their own respectively, and there to inform, not to vandalise.
Thank you for your co-operation. Jhamez84 01:27, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
