Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for your contributions.
Currently, you are editing without a username. You can continue to do so, as you are not required to log in to Wikipedia to read and edit articles; however, logging in will result in a username being shown instead of your IP address (yours is 209.99.19.8). Logging in does not require any personal details. There are many other benefits for logging in to Wikipedia. For now, if you are stuck, you can type {{helpme}} on this page and an experienced Wikipedian will be around to answer any questions you may have.
Please note these points:
- Please respect others' copyrights; do not copy and paste the contents from webpages directly.
- Please use a neutral point of view when editing articles; this is possibly the most important Wikipedia policy.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add unreasonable contents into any articles, such as: copyrighted text, advertisement messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Both adding such unreasonable information and editing articles maliciously are considered vandalism.
The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, ask me on my Talk page – I will answer your questions as far as I can! Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia.--Fuhghettaboutit 04:26, 14 April 2006 (UTC)
It might not have been your intent, but you recently removed content from niacin. Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you. --Ed (Edgar181) 15:02, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Warnings
Thank you for experimenting with the page Cocoa Beach, Florida on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may want to do. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. -- Sarrandúin [ Talk + Contribs ] 17:04, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
Please stop introducing jokes into articles, such as those you created at Mike and Mike in the Morning. Wikipedia is a serious encyclopedia, and contributions of this type are considered vandalism. Continuing to add jokes and other destructive content into articles may lead to a block. --STS01 13:43, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. At least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to David Neeleman, was not constructive and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. shoeofdeath 07:38, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] November 2007
Your recent edit to Valero Energy Corporation (diff) was reverted by an automated bot. You have been identified as a new user or a logged out editor using a hosting or shared IP address to add email addresses/phone numbers or YouTube/Imageshack/Photobucket/Flickr or related links to a non-talk page. You can restore any other content by editing the page and re-adding that content. The links can be reviewed and restored by established users. Thank you for contributing! // VoABot II 16:34, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
Your recent edit to Kymil Nimesin (diff) was reverted by an automated bot. The edit was identified as adding either test edits, vandalism, or link spam to the page or having an inappropriate edit summary. If you want to experiment, please use the preview button while editing or consider using the sandbox. If this revert was in error, please contact the bot operator. If you made an edit that removed a large amount of content, try doing smaller edits instead. Thanks! // VoABot II (talk) 21:30, 24 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] December 2007
This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing. —aitias •discussion• 20:23, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
