My IP has been blocked by Master Jay on account of alleged 'vandalism'. I cannot see how I have vandalised anything... I have simply removed material by another person - a single-page editor - who constantly harasses all critics of the guru he supports. I assume that the IP has been blocked due to some other user of the same server who infringes Wiki rules and standards? The material I have repeatedly removed (which has been repeatedly replaced)is reference to a withdrawn court proceeding by Alaya Rahm (see discussion under 'Dismissed Court Case' where I have made my case for withdrawal clearly. Alaya Rahm has testified on the acclaimed BBC World TV documentary (The Secret Swami) about having been seriously sexually abused while he was a minot by Sathya Sai Baba. None of this has ever been disproven or, unfortunately, tested in any court, as I shall explain. The poster whose material I have removed is a proven defamer of critics of Sai Baba and a constant stalker on the Internet of many of them, including numerous world-wide alleging sexual molestation victims, as can be seen immediately when surfing his websites. He (the webmaster of sathyasaibaba.com - Gerald Moreno -) has presented on the Wiki 'Sathya Sai Baba' page subjective testimony against Alaya Rahm which has never been presented in court - and he has in any case selected ONLY that testimony which fits his character-destructive agenda. This is extremely hurtful to the Rahm family, who have suffered enough and had to withdraw the case for technical legal reasons only, not least that there turned out to be no officially registered Sathya Sai organisation which could be sued! I consider this inadmissable both according to the Wikipedia policy of neutrality. Therefore I ask the block to be removed in my case as soon as convenient. I shall then continue to remove hurtful materials which are basically irrelevant side-issues and unsubstantiated claims and conjectures.
Thankyou. I give no name since it will only lead to another defamation campaign throught the Internet by Gerald Moreno!

I wondered what the anti-Sai spin would be on this issue. What user:209.200.60.124 fails to tell people is that Al Rahm claimed to be one of five officers for the southern Sai org. How can Al Rahm be an officer for an organization he now claims doesn't exist? Didn't the anti-Sai's expert lawyer, Belsford look into this info before he invested almost a year into this lawsuit? If user:209.200.60.124 is telling the truth about the name issue (which I seriously question) this most likely either means Al Rahm lied and fed people a story about his position and/or the Rahms have no idea what they are talking about. Either proposition doesn't bode well for the Rahms. Personally, I have NEVER heard of sucha thing as the Sathya Sai Baba Society so I am wondering where the Rahms came up with this. And knowing the case can never be tried in a court of law again also casts doubt on user:209.200.60.124's story. Freelanceresearch 04:58, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
Upon doing a little research I am adding the following information. On the official Sai org website under Trademarks is written the following statement:
"The Sathya Sai Society of America, a charitable corporation, has obtained the following trademarks from the United States Patent and Trademark office:
Sathya Sai Baba (on 4-7-98) Sathya Sai (on 10-13-98)
Any use of these names or any variation of these names for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the holder of the trademark is prohibited. This prohibition applies to any use that may lead to confusion among consumers or the public."
What this tells me is that either the Rahms, filed under th eWRONG name or fed user:209.200.60.124 a bunch of baloney or user:209.200.60.124 is flat out lying. I have been misled so many times by the anti-Sai group I tend not to believe ANYTHING they say UNLESS they can provide specific documentation. Freelanceresearch 06:13, 27 May 2006 (UTC)
Joe's excellent research abilities have turned up the following info which show that user:209.200.60.124 was either out-in-out lying or was fed disinformation. See saisathyasai.com for further details. Now you know WHY I never believe anything these people say UNLESS they prove it. Apparently user:209.200.60.124 thinks a t.v. documentary is more reliable than court testimony under oath. I don't. http://kepler.ss.ca.gov/corpdata/ShowAllList?QueryCorpNumber=C0589088 Freelanceresearch 05:48, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
