Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. It appears that there is some misunderstanding in Journal of the American Medical Association. We can only accept text we can publish under the terms of the GFDL; the text you are trying to introduce into the JAMA article is copyrighted by the AMA (see [1]) and even specifically notes "All Rights Reserved." – Please understand that no matter how authoritative a text is, we cannot add it to our articles unless the copyright holder offers it under a GFDL compatible license. – Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
