From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hello. Thank you for your contribution to State University of New York at Binghamton. However, your contribution was reverted because the wikipedia Manual of Syle and the WikiProject:University have guidelines about what content is appropriate for an encyclopedia article, and the IEEE student group does not meet those guidelines. You're welcome, of course, to dispute this in the Talk Page of the article. Thank you for your contributions. Wsanders (talk) 22:42, 24 March 2008 (UTC)

Please stop adding IEEE to the Binghamton University page. If you would like to make an argument as to why it should be included, you may discuss it on the talk page. Calling fellow wikipedians an idiot within an article does NOT constitute constructive editing. If that continues, you will be blocked from Wikipedia. You're welcome to show that IEEE has significant third party coverage and merits inclusion in the article, and if you can, it will stay. However, I can't find any reason why it would be included while other groups like Psi Chi, the pre-med fraternity, and other professional student organizations wouldn't be. Thank you for your contributions. Wsanders (talk) 04:16, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Your edits

As noted above, your edits are becoming disruptive to the article in question. If you wish to have information considered for inclusion in the article, please ensure that it is notable, and verifiable through reliable sources before continuing to edit the article. I would strongly suggest that you discuss such inclusions on the article talk page instead of constantly reverting to your preferred version. Also, please do not attack other editors as you did here. Be advised that further disruption may result in you being blocked from editing. Tony Fox (arf!) 15:47, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
