Hi thanks for your edits to the article on Jeff Black. Currently the article cites a source that states his birth to be "circa 1960". Since nobody knows who is editing what, it is important to site sources rather than use ones personal knowledge. We also try to avoid putting exact birth dates into articles in cases where these are not. widely available elsewhere on the web. For now, I'm going to reverse your change to the date in the article.
