207.160.210.253 is the outgoing IP address of Northwest Missouri State University. Any of it's few thousand computers availiable to students will register outside the domain as 207.160.210.253. To restrict this IP address would be, to say the least, rather unfortunate to the many students that access the information of Wikipedia without defacing it. Goofyheadedpunk 12:46, 10 Dec 2003
