Again, welcome!  deeptrivia (talk) 00:58, 14 October 2006 (UTC) Regarding your note about Diran, the Indian government position is that there is no such thing as the "Kashmir dispute" since the whole region legally acceded to India, there's only the "Kashmir conflict" or the "Kashmir situation" caused by terrorism, etc. . (Kashmir here includes all regions of the princely state as it was in 1947, and the administrative divisions created after that has little to do with the issue.)
