Hello. This may be out of your scope of interest, in which case apologies. We've tried to invite various contributors with an interest in Serbia. There's a discussion and vote going on at Talk:Kosovo#Kosovo:_terminology as to whether or not it's better to use Kosovo rather than Kosovan or Kosovar in the Wikipedia articles. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Your image is good. I looked over the photos of Baku on the Commons and picked that one because it was interesting and horizontal. A horizontal image is better for use the infobox because a vertical one doesn't use the whole width and pushes the infobox further onto the page. Strictly speaking, the infobox calls for a "skyline" photo, so the choices I looked at were the red one, this one (that I just changed the page to), and this one (which might be more of a skyline).
