[edit] Use of ELV:s
allblacks.co.nz (http://www.allblacks.co.nz/index.cfm?layout=showS14News&newsArticle=7318), also claims that the new rules about out-on-the-full applying when the ball was brought back into the 22 will be used. Does anyone believe them? The figures coming out of some of the Australian franchises are laughable, should we really have them as though they're a fact?Ticklemygrits (talk) 11:32, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
