The 2007 Western & Southern Financial Group Masters and Women's Open was the 2007 edition of the Cincinnati Masters tennis tournament. The men's event was part of the 2007 ATP Masters Series, and was held July 26-August 3. The women's event was a WTA Tour Tier III event, held August 9-17.

For the men, it was the last major tournament on the 2007 U.S. Open Series. Rafael Nadal, Novak Đoković and Andy Roddick all exited before the quarter-final stage and Roger Federer was left to compete against home favourite James Blake, winning with consummate ease, 6-1, 6-4; with Blake applauding almost every shot Federer played.

Anna Chakvetadze won her third event of four she would win in 2007.
