An sample of one frame (one 30th of a second) of 1 kHz audio as used in a "2-pop"
Both the duration and frequency are defined in what makes it a sample of a "2-pop", the volume, which should be a -20db if it survived conversion is not critical; the one frame length and actual placement 2 seconds before program start is what makes it a "2-pop"
