[edit] Plea for changes

I have added this page despite the fact that I haven't used this rule for 15 years and can't quite remember the details. I thought it was best to get something down since it was mentioned in the air navigation section and a link was given to an empty page. Please change or add to this in keeping with what you have been taught or what you teach.

I'm no pilot, but it seems like quite an important rule which deserves a page of its own. I'll see what I can find out and edit/add. Matthuxtable 18:52, 21 January 2007 (UTC)
