This IP is dynamic and allocated to saix.net ADSL users (think the IP has a 24 hour lease period). Sorry to hear someone used it to vandalise wikipedia - that is silly and childish, especially to a site like this. Suggest that should it happen again, you contact abuse@saix.net.
