I am happy to see that you were so impressed. Wikipedia relies on thousands of contributors policing itself to remove vandalism. Feel free to create an account and contribute (as long as it is beneficial :-)). You can also keep editing without creating an account, but I'd suggest for any semi-serious editors to have an account as there are number of extra useful features.
