Half of this page is just a repeat of the info on the 1982 bowl games page. Maybe they should be merged? Or the bowl game info on this page should be deleted, and just linked to the other page. Mcrawford620 06:21, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

I deleted this sentence from the article: "The Nittany Lion's Title was tainted by a win over #2 Nebraska was marred by a horrible officiating call in an out of bounds play late in the game." The sentence was written very poorly, lack a citation, and is violates WP:NPOV. Failureofafriend (talk) 18:55, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
