The image is copyrighted by Merv Griffin Enterprises and Califon Productions. The image will be used in the article on the article for the daytime version of Wheel of Fortune in the section on the puzzle board.

It qualifies as fair use because it is low resolution, it is irreplaceable, because the daytime Wheel has been off the air since 1991, and because the image is being used for illustration and not promotional purposes.
