I have already asked for CheckUser, a procedure that can identify whether you are a disguised banned user and so completely clear your name. Because of all the problems with the IPs of 195.56... in the past, it is very easy to assume that any new IP from that range is just a new sockpuppet of a banned user. To prevent any misunderstanding, you may perhaps consider registering a user account. As to the Slavic peoples article, if you would like to challenge any cited information, please add a sentence summarizing the criticism and a published source of that criticism. That would be the correct way. Thank you for your understanding. By the way, I am not sure why you see a "you have a new message" line. Something with cookies, I guess. It never happened to me...
