Thanks for trying to help with sources. The reason I'm challenging the Thornhill bit is that I can't find any sources. His name was added without comment to the sourced statement about the first cardboard box being in 1817. I suspect it was just made up by some guy putting his own name or something, since it does not appear in any book or article that I can find online, and since all the web hits are copies or paraphrases of that sentence. So, if you know something about this, let us know. But don't cite anonymous web pages and pages copied from wikipedia. Dicklyon (talk) 17:07, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
