Welcome
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
Here are some other hints and tips:
- I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
- When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.
If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my Talk page, or type {{helpme}} on this talk page and a user will help you as soon as possible. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome, and I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian.11:08, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

Your edits have been automatically marked as vandalism and have been automatically reverted. [edit] February 2008
Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Rotherham United F.C.. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Gwernol 14:13, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Hot Fuzz Edit. March 2008
Hi there I just undid your edit to the Hot Fuzz article as the previous version of it seemed easier with a better flow to it then the edits that you made. MattyC3350 (talk) 12:16, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, that version of the article contains original research, and a large amount of trivial detail in the plot section. 195.194.10.132 (talk) 12:24, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button
located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 16:28, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] April 2008
Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Mario Kart Wii. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you.
