David Romley, born December 9, 1951, is a lawyer in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, the Ninth Circuit Court Of Appeals, the United States Bankruptcy Court For The Central District Of California, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel For The Ninth Circuit Court Of Appeals, and all courts of the State of California. He has tried cases all over California in both state and federal courts from San Diego to San Francisco.
He has also served as a volunteer and paid Arbitrator, Mediator, Judge Pro Tem, and Settlement Officer for various courts throughout Los Angeles County.
Mr. Romley has handled cases in diverse areas of the law, including constitutional law, civil rights, business, real estate, banking, debtor-creditor law, bankruptcy, contracts, personal injury, probate, marital dissolution, juvenile dependency court, and criminal law. He has handled numerous appeals and writ petitions in the Second, Third, and Fourth District Courts Of Appeal in California and is also a panel member of the California Appellate Project-Los Angeles under which he accepts court-appointed criminal appeals. He has also handled cases in the California Supreme Court. Mr. Romley has a Bachelor Of Arts degree in Philosophy from Loyola University Of Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. In addition to English, he speaks French and Arabic and is working on learning Spanish Thai and Laos. Mr. Romley practices law in association with his Loyola Law School classmate, Thomas D. Peterson-More, at 2946 Honolulu Avenue, Glendale, California 91214. Together, they will "fight for you" and never give up until the end.
