The Quebec Rugby Football Union (QRFU) discontinued their competition of the Grey Cup. The Ontario Rugby Football Union (ORFU) still competed for the Grey Cup.

- Toronto won the total-point series by 21-16. Toronto will play the Sarnia Imperials (ORFU Champions) in the Eastern Finals.
