- Whee, what a really fun vandalism spree for this bored anonymous editor: Also vandalism to Leonardo da Vinci and Nicotine. Please stop! --lquilter 21:42, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for a period of 31 hours as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our neutral point of view policy will not be tolerated. ---J.S (T/C/WRE) 21:45, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
You have removed several user warning templates from your user or user talk page. These warnings are not put on your talk page to annoy you; they were placed here because other editors have noticed an issue with your behaviour that may require improvement. They are a method of communication and user talk pages stand as a record of communication with you. If you do not believe the warning was valid or have a question about improving your behaviour you can respond here or visit the help desk. If your talk page is becoming long, you can archive it in accordance with the guidelines laid out here How to archive a talk page. Thank you. --lquilter 14:57, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your Edits to Arava Institute
I just read the warnings above. My guess is that this IP address is the firewall IP of a shared connection used by students of the Arava Institute. Students can be sophomores, at least when they are not yet juniors, and sophomores can be sophomoric.
While I appreciate that someone was trying in some way to improve the article on the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies, what Wikipedia needs is more sourced information, not more personal opinions. For many months this article has been tagged as unsourced. I personally know some of the founders of the organization, and I have participated in one of the Israel Rides. Although I started this article, I feel it is on the edge of being just a PR piece, and is not really up to neutral encyclopedia standards. I'm going to revert your additions. If you want to contribute to Wikipedia, please get yourself a Wikipedia login and do the hard work of tracking down verifiable sources. Start by going to David L_____ and asking him to supply you with copies of press clippings, since many articles have been written about the Arava Institute, especially in Hebrew. If the Arava Institute is "the leading ..." then you should supply a quotation from someone noteworthy or from a published source to back that up. - If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
