You can created the page Paul Radich at this link. Do refer to WP:Welcome and WP:YFA for guidelines to creating your article. Also, remember to cite your sources by typing ==References== at the end of your article. I also have to say that when I searched on Wikipedia, I didn't really find any Elam School of Fine Arts link related to Paul Radich and hence couldn't convince myself to leave your edit there. However, the most important factor was what I had stated earlier, that 'Please do not add people without Wikipedia articles to this list.' Hence, your addition did have to be removed.
