Three page joint U.S. passport for James H. Blake and his wife, Aves E., passport no. 116933, dated September 4, 1925. The passport gives the couple permission for travel to all countries. In the bottom right corner of page 1 is a small black and white photo of Eubie, with Eubie's signature over the top of the photo. A small black and white photo of Avis is on page 2, with "Mr. & Mrs." handwritten over the top of the photo. Pages 2 and 3 also bear numerous country stamps from their travels
