I'm not entirely sure I understand what the problem is, but I will try to help.

  1. Don't delete pages, or big blocks of text on a page. Instead, use the article's talk page to discuss the change you wish to make.
  2. You shouldn't use a book you wrote yourself as a source for an article. This is Original Research, and it's not allowed on Wikipedia.
