Howdy! I believe the edit summary on that was a mistake; when I was optimizing images, I used optipng for pngs, and jpegoptim for jpgs. If you have optimized it more (and it's lossless), then you can go ahead an upload a new version of it at Commons. I should tell you, though, that I have since found out that the Wikimedia software (at least, the version running here) resizes images on-the-fly when they're viewed in anything but full mode, so it may not be worth the storage space to save a little bandwidth.
