It would help if you were to create an account for yourself, particularly if this is a shared IP address, because then you could add a signature and people would be better able to ensure that any comments they were make would be received by you. Evidently, from what you said, your field is economics? We do have a rather wide range of articles relating to that subject, so it might not be possible to create one literally from scratch, although there are several articles which are so short that I would be virtually certain that your teacher would be willing to count working on them as working on a new article. You might see the articles in the assessment chart at Wikipedia:WikiProject Economics#Categorizing Articles or the Category:Stub-Class Economics articles to see which if any of those articles, which are among the weaker articles we have, might be of interest to you to work on. That is, if you are working in the economics field, possibly specifically in international trade.
