Please do not remove speedy deletion tags, as with your recent edits to Thomas A. Schramm, without discussing the removal first on the article's talk page - I flagged the page as a csd-bio (it is also a copyvio of http://www.awareness-group.com/esc2007/biogs.html - and would like the page to be reviewed and decided upon by an administrator.
