Map of Pennsylvania and "West New Jersey" published in 1698 by Philp Lea in London. From Princeton Library website http://libweb2.princeton.edu/rbsc2/portfolio/hm/00000003.htm with the note "Folding plate in "An Historical and Geographical Account of the Province and Country of Pennsylvania and of West-New-Jersey in America," London, 1698, by Gabriel Thomas." But map is engraved "Philip Lea" in the bottom right hand corner, thus Gabrial Thomas must be author of the book, and Philip Lea the map maker.
