I get that this is a public computer, but doesn't there come a point where it's just easier to block them permanently? I mean, it's a public school computer, who really needs to edit Wiki articles at school? Given that it's been a continuing problem for months now, I think it would be better for everyone if this IP were banned outright/permanently from editing.
