[edit] Warren

Cucfan,

Hi, I saw that you have been improving the Warren Cuccurullo article, and had commented on its talk page (I left a note there too). I wrote most of the current WC and MP articles, using your sites, the Timeline, and other references. I hope that I got it mostly right and have not offended -- I certainly never meant any copyright infringement. Please feel free to comment on the article's talk page, my own talk page or to email me privately if there are any concerns you'd like to discuss. You know I have the greatest respect for you and your work!

[edit] Warren and Duran Duran

Hi again; here's the quote from Notorious that I was talking about, since I don't know whether you have the book:

"We all went back home and the next thing I heard was when a letter arrived by special delivery at my house sacking me from the band. I read it and I was absolutely shocked because no one had said anything to me, I didn't have a f***ing clue. I called Simon straight away and he said, "Sorry, Warren, it's got to be like this" because they were getting the original band together."

Hope that helps, — Catherine\talk 17:23, 9 February 2006 (UTC)

Whatever he says in the book is fine. There were PR considerations back when he did his 2001 interviews & gave me info for release, considerations that are no longer there. Also, the book's interviews are authentic. Catherine, thanks for all the work you've done to keep his entry accurate. :) --CucFan

[edit] Thanks

Thanks for your recent good edits to Cuccurullo and other articles; nice work! Also wanted to mention that the WikiProject Musicians: To Do List, mentions the Missing Persons article as being in need of expansion, clean-up, and photos, and I know you might be interested.

Also, you might want to consider creating a Wikipedia account (see Wikipedia:Why create an account?) -- no personal information is required. It would make it easy for other editors to communicate with you, via your User Talk page (you won't necessarily see this one if your IP address changes), and it protects your privacy if you have a traceable IP. It also allows you to create a Wikipedia:Watchlist which would make it simple for you to keep an eye on the articles you're interested in even when you're away for long stretches. Just a suggestion -- your help is welcomed when you have the time, with or without an account.  :) — Catherine\talk 19:54, 28 September 2006 (UTC)

It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed content from Talk:Duran Duran. Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. Alphachimp 15:30, 24 October 2006 (UTC)
